Our Career Coaches fuse the skills of career counselling and coaching to work with people who are thinking about change.
We take a person-centred approach to give people the space, time, attention, support, skill and a structure to understand their career and their working identity and to make better career-related decisions. Like the blurring of boundaries between work and home there are many overlaps with coaching and personal counselling. People may come to us for help around their career direction but it can be difficult to focus purely on “work” when so many other factors are at play in career decisions. We can help you make sense of these in a confidential, constructively challenging, and sometimes unconventional way.
As every person is individual we do not have a “one size fits all” methodology. Our approach is more integrative and we’ll use counselling skills, practical experience, some stimulating tools, and occasionally psychometric assessments, to work with you to address your career issues.
Our clients come from all walks of life including private and public sector, not-for-profits, self-employed, business owners and people with portfolio careers and we work for a both large FTSE 100 corporations as well as self-funding individuals who are seeking insights on their career direction.
