Paul Drew

Paul has over 20 years’ experience of working with people and organisations as a Career Consultant. He is both a Career Coach and Organisational Career Consultant and has led organisational research projects with both private and public sector organisations, with a strong focus on Work Life Quality and Diversity & Inclusion. He recently participated in the Economic Social Research Council seminars on Work Life Quality.

As a Career Coach he is integrative and takes a person-centred approach drawing on psychodynamic theory and practice to explore specific questions and issues with clients rather than using one specific technique or process. He draws on perspectives gained from management theory, organisational psychology, counselling and coaching approaches, as well as the experience of operating at senior levels in organisations.

Paul holds an MSc in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London, an MBA from Cass Business School and LL.B from University of London. He is a long standing member of CIPD and a member of the CDI and is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools.

Paul Fitzpatrick

Paul brings over 20 years’ consulting experience to Strategic Career Decisions, and joins us in order to support the growing number of corporate consulting assignments that we have won in the field of Work Life Quality and Balance. Most recently he has specialised in performance coaching, both individuals and teams, and he has worked with the founders of a number of early stage start-ups, spanning technology, healthcare, consumer products and education sectors. Formerly he worked for Accenture as a strategy consultant in the Telecoms, Media & Hi-tech practice, advising clients such as BT, Verizon, Telenor, AT&T and the BBC. Energetic and entrepreneurial, Paul brings a track record in delivering projects on time and on budget.

Paul holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a BSc in Chemistry from Manchester University.

Catherine Jones

Cath is a highly experienced Career Consultant with over 30 years experience in working in organisations and helping people who are transitioning. She has held senior management posts in adult education and training. Her style of coaching is action focused using a person centred and empathetic approach. She employs a range of coaching tools and techniques in her work, including the use of psychometric assessments, and tailor these specifically to the individual needs of her clients.

Cath holds an MSc in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London and a MA in Post Compulsory Education & Training from Institute of Education, University of London. She is a member of the CDI (Careers Development Institute) and British Psychological Society holding Test User: Occupational and Personality. She is a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training and MBTI accredited and has completed a Coaching for Conflict course.

Julie Verdon

Julie is an experienced business psychologist and a coach. She specialises in working with individual leaders and leadership teams across the private and public sectors. The clients she works with are often facing leadership challenges, transitions, a career crossroads, or looking for a different dimension to their leadership.

Julie has international experience, spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US. She has worked with leaders in both the private and public sectors over the last 19 years, covering a wide range of industries and professions. She has assessed and coached clients at C-Suite level and has worked across retail, aerospace, FMCG, financial services, telecoms, construction, oil and gas, insurance and the health sector.

Julie is registered as a qualified Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council, the government body concerned with the regulation of psychologists in the UK. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. She is listed on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) and accredited to use a wide range of psychometric measures. She has an MSc in Occupational Psychology, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London.

Siobhan Swindells

Siobhan is a qualified Career Consultant with over 16 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering and consultancy projects in the people development field. Siobhan has extensive experience of working within large, complex organisations in the Banking and Insurance industries where she worked in partnership with Directors and Senior Leaders supporting strategic organisational change, succession planning, team development programmes as well as one to one coaching and designing career development interventions for leaders and high potential individuals.

Siobhan is currently completing a Masters’ Degree in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck, University of London, having achieved a Diploma with Distinction in 2016.

Siobhan holds an Honours Degree in Biochemistry, is a qualified MBTI practioner and is a member of both the National Institute of Career Education and Counselling (NICEC) and the CDI (Career Development Institute) where she is a fully registered career coach.

David Jones

David has over 25 years’ experience of working as an international HR practitioner in the legal and accounting sectors. He now works as an Executive Coach focusing on development issues that prevent individuals from reaching their full potential in their career. With an MSc in Organisational Psychology he has led a wide range of consulting engagements with leading professional service firms to enable individual self-awareness amongst executives to be able to perform better as a team.

Professional life aside, David volunteers with two different charities to provide mentorship to teenagers from urban areas who lack role models in their life. He also volunteers for Samaritans.

We also work with Associates with different theoretical background and practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Coaching, Psychodynamic Therapy, Systems Psychodynamics and Narrative Therapy.
